These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ServiceHarbor's platform and services. By using ServiceHarbor, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

ServiceHarbor provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking platform for HVAC and home services businesses. The service includes inbound call and SMS handling, calendar integration, and a customer dashboard.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

Free Trial

ServiceHarbor offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription at $275/month.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Call Recording Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable call recording laws in the jurisdictions where you operate. ServiceHarbor provides a consent notification at the start of all calls. You should consult legal counsel regarding your specific obligations.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

ServiceHarbor's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
